Ambassador Szalay-Bobrovniczky Kristóf welcomed distinguished guests at the UK-Hungary Creative Industries Dinner focusing on the film industry and the legacy of Sir Alexander Korda, the prominent Hungarian born British film producer on 23rd May.

Our distinguished guests included Lord Julian Fellowes, Academy Award winning screenwriter, producer, director; David Parfitt, Academy Award winning producer, Liz Barron, producer, Rosie Alison, producer, Barnaby Thomas, director, producer and owner of Ealing Studios; Philip Knatchnull, CEO of Curzon World, and other prominent members of the British film industry. During the evening, our guests watched a short documentary on the life of Sir Alexander Korda produced by the Hungarian National Film Fund, and learned about the incentives to produce films in Hungary.
