  • TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IN CASE YOU HAVE CORONAVIRUS SYMPTOMS / use the link in your email confirmation to modify / cancel your appointment
  • TO ARRIVE AT THE CONSULATE ONLY WHEN YOUR APPOINTMENT IS DUE IN 10 MINUTES;
  • TO USE HAND SANITIZER ONCE YOU ENTERED THE CONSULATE / feel free to use the hand sanitizer dispenser at the entrance 
  • TO CONSIDER USING A FACE MASK WHILE YOU ARE AT THE CONSULATE / please bring your own mask
  • TO WAIT OUTSIDE IF YOU ARE ACCOMPANYING THE PERSON HAVING BUSINESS WITH US. / there are plenty of coffee shops in the neighborhood ​
